Shipping policy

We currently ship eligible orders within the United States.

Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Products are fulfilled by our U.S. suppliers. The current BLENDi supplier estimate is that orders typically ship within four days. Carrier transit time begins after shipment and varies by destination and service.

Tracking information is emailed when available. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact help@caventina.com promptly if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

For damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments, contact us with the order number and supporting photos where applicable.
