Returns and refunds

Caventina does not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are delivered as ordered and are not defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact help@caventina.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.

After review, Caventina may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. We may require additional information before approving a claim.

Items must not be returned without written authorization from Caventina. If a return is authorized, we will provide return instructions. For approved defect, damage, or incorrect-item claims, Caventina will cover reasonable return-shipping costs when a return is required.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
